This is a difficult path but amidst one of the most beautiful scenery in this region. Starting at the Bahnhof go up to the Sattelpass (1584m) From there you can see the Entlebuch and the Hilferenpass. After the Sattelpass carry the bike approximately 70 meters in altitude, longing a path with pastures, in order to reach the road for the ascension to the Seewenegg. Follow the road, which changes after a short time into a path at the mountain restaurant Stäldeli. It is quite challenging due to increasing inclination. Follow the path to Seewenegg, leading to the Glaubenberg Pass. A bit underneath the highest point of the pass you reach the pass road. For the return follow this road until shortly before the Schwendi where you turn on your right hand side leading you to the lake of Sarnen in Wilen. Here follow the national Bike Road 9 until the Hotel Bahnhof in Giswil.

Place of interest and other important locations:

Chlus Dörsmatt
where the old handcraft of a raftsman is explained showing a reproduction. The mountain restaurant at the Sattelpass is open during summer season.
