Gasthaus zur Linde

In the middle of Sarnerdorf, Caja Windlin Herzog treats her diners to typical Swiss dishes such as calf’s liver, tripe, fondue, cheese tart and rösti. The inn, which is 500 years old, was opened in 1511.
