Bärghuis Jochpass is located at 2222 meters above sea level beneath the peak of Titlis in the primal surroundings of one of Central Switzerland's most beautiful regions. Our Alpine lodge is the point of departure for countless adventures into this fabulous Alpine world. Whether you are a winter sports aficionado, hiking enthusiast, alpine flora botanist, seasoned summiteer, or just someonewho knows how to enjoy life: right outside our front door, untamed nature is waiting to be discovered and experienced in all its splendor.

Culinary
It's simply fabulous what the region around Jochpass has to offer – and that goes for the food too. Passionate hosts, we use it all to our, and especially your, advantage, therefore we buy all our fresh produce from local farmers.

Our hotel rooms are equipped with lots of wood, Alpine charm and contemporary comfort.

Good to know

Arrival: Arriving by gondola and chairlift We recommend leaving (summer and winter) with car or public transport to Engelberg village. With cable car and chair lift, it is then up to us on the Joch Pass. Luggage transport is of course possible. Last ascent from Engelberg to the Joch Pass: 15:30 Last ascent from Engstlenalp to Jochpass: 16:30 It can special trips are booked with the Titlis cable cars: For an extra charge of CHF 5 per piece of luggage, the railway transports the baggage from the valley station to the mountain station Jochpass. Ticket prices are not included in the room rate.
