The new Giswil Bikeparcour MTB trail is a playground for mountain bikers at all proficiency levels. The trail is varied, and there are 17 guides on posts to help you improve your technique.
The signposted learning trail through the Giswil valley floor is around 10 kilometres long. Surrounded by nature, 17 natural obstacles made of stones and tree trunks help users improve their MTB techniques. In this package, a guide reveals tricks of the trade for lifting your front and rear wheels over obstacles, jumping, refining your cornering technique, absorbing shocks better, and making hairpin turns. The aim is to stay in the saddle longer with the right technique and to master challenging sections.
The posts are equipped with tutorial videos so you can continue to work on your technique after the course. Each post has a QR code that you scan with your own smartphone to take you directly to the video. The exercises involve varying levels of difficulty, helping beginners as well as advanced MTBers to improve their technique and find their personal flow.
