Peter Lienert, cert. Forestry Engineer ETH/SIA, takes you on a 1.5-hour excursion into the unique Obwalden hinterland for a glimpse into the geology, geography, natural processes, history, land and people, flora and fauna of our canton. This is accompanied by an aperitif in the forest with home-made dried meat, sausage and alp cheese, Schwanden bread, white wine and mineral water. Followed by a perfectly coordinated autumn meal featuring game.
