The Frutt Mountain Resort is situated on the high plateau Melchsee-Frutt. At 1920 metres (6300 ft) above sea level, this stunning lakeside location offers panoramic views of Mount Titlis and other Alpine peaks and is the perfect place to explore the beauty of the Swiss wilderness. In summer, hotel guests can enjoy the great outdoors on the many hiking trails, at the nearby ropes course or while fishing on lake Melchsee. In winter the hotel offers direct access to the ski slopes, winter hiking trails, cross-country skiing tracks and sled runs. The Melchsee-Frutt holiday resort is car-free. A one way traffic flow is in operation at alternating times on the road between Stöckalp and Melchsee-Frutt: please note the times. In winter, the road to the lower terminus of the Stöckalp aerial cableway is kept clear of snow. Visitors should then take the cableway to Melchsee-Frutt.
