Lungern is ideally and conveniently situated in Canton Obwalden on the main rail and road routes between Lucerne and Interlaken at the foot of the Brünig Pass.

If you’re coming by train, you’ll find us right opposite the station. The hourly train connections to Interlaken and Lucerne are excellent. If you’re arriving by car, we have free outdoor parking spaces.

All 23 rooms and apartments are simple yet contemporary in terms of their decor and furnishings. They each feature twin single beds (90cm*200 cm), each with a reading lamp, plus seating, a suitcase rack, a laptop table, and a modern bathroom compartment equipped with shower and toilet. The high quality bed linen ensures a restful sleep. Each room is provided with free natural cosmetic products such as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Not forgetting a flat screen TV as well as free Wi-Fi wireless internet throughout the hotel. Most rooms benefit from a south-facing balcony with views of the surrounding mountains.
