Obwalden Tourismus OT AG has been in existence since September 21, 2012, and on May 27, 2013, the Canton of Obwalden carried out a full share capital liberalization with the aim of placing 60% of the shares with a broad, interested group of shareholders with a connection to tourism.

Since the tourism marketing of Obwalden should be coordinated and professionally carried out from a central office as far as possible, the share is issued with a premium, because the preparatory work and the presentation with the website, printed matter and the association with important service providers are associated with expenses that cannot be financed from the proceeds.

Share purchase registration
The Canton of Obwalden is selling 60% of the registered shares of Obwalden Tourismus OT AG at a price of CHF 50.00 (in words: Swiss francs fifty) per registered share, nominal CHF 10.00, premium CHF 40.00 per registered share in favor of Obwalden Tourismus OT AG.

Individual shareholders (natural persons / legal entities) have the right to acquire a maximum of 200 registered shares of CHF 10 + 40.

Procedure
Order a share flyer. Fill in the registration form and send it by post to Obwalden Tourismus OT AG for approval. Invoice the interested party with a payment deadline of 40 days. After receipt of payment, entry (shareholder) is made in the share register. The share register is public for the Annual General Meeting.
